ENGLISH VERSION: Today’s Bible Verse (20.02.2022):
VERSE:
As for God, his way is perfect: the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. (PSALM 18:30 KJV)
EXPLANATION:
Most of the matrimonial advertisements will read, “Are you looking for the perfect partner? The word ‘perfect’ sounds so comforting, implying that if people around us are perfect, our life would be easy. But that’s the human perception.
Nobody is perfect in this world, except God and He wants His children to be perfect as Jesus says, “Be perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect” (Matthew 5:48). When we draw near to Him, He will make our lives perfect. The Bible tells us that God is perfect in love, in His work, in His ways, in His laws, and in His beauty.
Sir Isaac Newton had a friend who did not believe in a GOD. He used to say that he can never believe that God created this world. One day, Sir Isaac Newton made a model of the beautiful universe. In that model, there was a sun, the planets, the earth, the moon, and stars. He made that model and made the planets to revolve on its path according to Newton’s law of motion.
His friend saw that model and was amazed to look at it. He asked Newton who had made it, and Newton responded that no one made it; it was created by itself. This made the friend ponder and realize the existence of God, who created the universe.
If the model of the universe made by a mere human is exemplary and appreciated by others, then how much more the one which exists and is created by a supreme being. Not only did God create the universe but He holds the power to run it perfectly in its entirety. The planets revolve in the orbits, and not one falls out of its place. God is in control of everything. He is in control of your life too.
No matter what you are going through, He knows it all and, in His time, will make all things beautiful for you. He holds your future and has the best plans for you. Though at times, your plans may not come to pass, yet He will make you prosperous because He loves you and wants to fulfill His plans through you so that you shine in this world for His glory. Let not your hearts be troubled, trust the perfect Lord and He will make things perfect for you.
PRAYER:
Loving Heavenly Father, You alone are Holy, You alone are Perfect, and I praise and adore You. I seek Your grace to follow Your words at every moment of my life. Make me perfect and accomplish Your plans in my life, Lord. May Your name be glorified, for You deserve all the glory and honor. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen !
